When you purchase a L4V product you’re also buying into quality and our absolute commitment to service. Our manufacturing process has been inspected and assessed as “excellent” by no other than Thatcham - the renouned automotive testing house. Our locks also meet European testing standard EN1303. However, service issues very occassionally occur and our team of support staff can quickly arrange for keys to be freely despatched, technical advice can be given on the phone or your nearest engineer to be advised to correct any problem.
