Our service desk here at Metric is manned from 8.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday, co-ordinating our maintenance engineers to service requests. Our main priority is to guarantee that our ticket machines continue to serve the end user, as a result safeguarding revenue and upholding our customer’s service.
