About Us

Founded in 2015 by Directors Richard Chapman and Lyndsey Wright, RSC Training Ltd delivers accredited training courses for companies whose employees work at height.

With Richard’s extensive background as an independent instructor and a clear gap identified in the South East London area, the business began with a training centre in Woolwich. Today, RSC Training operates from its main facility in Thamesmead, London, with a second centre in Soham, Cambridgeshire.

Over the years, RSC Training has built an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality, accredited training and outstanding customer service. As a smaller, customer-focused company, we pride ourselves on building strong working relationships with clients of all sizes, ensuring tailored, reliable training solutions.

Our core courses include PASMA, IPAF, and Ladder Association training, but our portfolio has expanded to meet the wider needs of our customers. All instructors are carefully selected for their expertise and industry knowledge, with training being the foundation of our business — not an add-on.

Flexible delivery is key to what we do, offering regular open courses, dedicated and weekend training at our centres, as well as on-site courses at customer premises.
