In September, Rustbuster was approached to help seal a Hillman Imp fuel tank for the TV show Wheeler Dealers.

We supplied a Tank Renew kit for the job, comprising our Tank Guard Epoxy for the exterior and a Slosh Tank Sealing Kit for the interior.

Tank Guard is a two-pack, high-build epoxy mastic designed to resist fuel splashes. It’s hard-wearing, tough, and available in a smart satin black or aluminium finish. The Slosh kit includes our SP10 Tank Kleen, which breaks down and removes heavy grease, oil, carbon and organic residues from inside the tank, and Slosh, a moisture-curing polyurethane that seals the tank and protects it against ethanol and moisture attack.
