Corrolan Penetrator is a ready-to-use, lanolin-based primer designed to prepare surfaces before applying Corrolan Pure underbody wax or Corrolan Active cavity wax. Its low-viscosity formula penetrates deep into threaded components, seams, fine crevices, and interfaces, ensuring thorough rustproofing. Derived from natural lanolin extracted from sheep's wool, Corrolan Penetrator is non-toxic, biodegradable, and sustainable. It combats rust by resisting salt-the leading cause of metal corrosion-forming a strong, self-healing barrier that seals out air. Unlike conventional primers, it won't flake, peel, or crack, and its non-flammable nature ensures safe handling and storage. Additionally, this unique 50/50 blend of Corrolan Pure and Corrolan Turbo doubles as a general maintenance fluid, penetrating and lubricating fine parts while providing ongoing corrosion protection. Application temperature Can be applied to steel as low as -5c. The steel must be at least 3 degrees above the current dew point. (See our dew point calculator.) Application Apply Corrolan Penetrator using Rustbuster's Pro Wax Injection Gun, Elite Rustproofing gun, Schutz gun, or equivalent application equipment. It is also available in aerosol and oil spout bottles and can be applied with a brush. For optimal results, heating Corrolan Penetrator can naturally reduce its viscosity. If needed, it can be thinned with Corrolan Turbo Cleaning Clean up with Corrolan Turbo. Safety All Corrolan products are safe and non-hazardous. However, to ensure safety, use them in a well-ventilated area. When spraying or brushing in an enclosed space, always wear a respirator face mask.
