Our advanced equipment injects and sprays heated wax (up to 80�C) at high pressure. We follow an ISO 9001 quality-assured method, and you will receive a Declaration certificate upon completion. For a custom quotation, contact us directly. When booking, a �60 deposit secures your 2-day slot in one of our rust-proofing bays. After payment, we will send you a receipt with contact details and a schedule of work. Please sign and return this schedule in the provided stamped envelope.

Upon completion, we will provide a receipt for the full work, a detailed schedule, and a completion certificate for your vehicle file. The price includes Clean the underside with Chlor-X Salt Remover and Traffic Film Remover. Remove under trays and arch guards. Dry the vehicle using a 10 hp warm air blast dryer and infrared heat. Remove loose and failing rust, stone chips, old waxes, or coatings. Apply Rustbuster Fe-123 rust converter to surface rust. Apply Rustbuster Corrolan Pure to the underside of the vehicle. Apply Rustbuster Corrolan Active cavity wax. Replace plastic guards and trays.
