Things you should do to prevent Driver Tiredness and Fatigue.
1 Before a long drive , get a good night sleep.
2 Try and get at least 6 hours sleep per night.
3 Plan your Journey.
4 Take a break every 2 hours or every 100 miles.
5 During your break , take a walk , get some fresh air , if sleepy have a power nap .
