The Stedall 308-24-NV TealWash provides warm running water for hand washing in commercial vehicles, welfare conversions and suitably powered trailers. Manufactured by Teal and supplied in grey, this vehicle-mounted unit combines a 5-litre fresh-water reservoir, electric heating and a folding wash bowl. Non-Voltage-Sensing Operation. The NV version starts heating when electrical power is supplied, with the thermostat cycling the heater to maintain water temperature. It suits installations using an appropriate auxiliary supply where power to the unit is controlled separately.

Use a suitable switch or relay to disconnect the supply when heating is not required and prevent unintended battery discharge. The 24V power source must be capable of supporting the heater load. Warm Water for Working Crews. The 250W heater supplies water at 38–43°C through a fingertip-operated tap.

Fill the reservoir manually with clean cold water and allow approximately 15 minutes for initial heating. The 5-litre capacity provides approximately 20 short hand washes per fill, depending on water use.

Folding Bowl and Separate Waste Collection. The bowl folds down for washing and closes for compact storage. Used water drains through the supplied hose into a separate waste-water collection container. Slowly closing the bowl allows remaining water to drain away. A suitable collection container is required for the installation. Compact Vehicle Installation.
