The Stedall 309-12 Handeman Xtra provides warm running water for hand washing in commercial vehicles, welfare vans and specialist conversions. Manufactured by Teal and supplied in grey, this compact 12V voltage-sensing unit combines a heated fresh-water reservoir with a removable bowl that collects waste water. Warm Water for Working Vehicles. The electrically heated reservoir supplies water at 38–43°C through a fingertip-operated tap. Allow approximately 15 minutes for initial heating. Its 3.3-litre capacity provides approximately 15 short hand washes per fill, depending on water use.

Voltage-Sensing Control. Voltage-sensing control manages heater operation according to the vehicle’s electrical supply. Installation must suit the vehicle’s charging and battery-management system. Euro 6 and electric vehicles require the appropriate ignition-control connection described in the manufacturer’s instructions.

Self-Contained Water and Waste Storage.

Fill the reservoir manually with clean cold water. Used water collects inside the removable bowl, separate from the fresh-water supply. The bowl detaches for emptying and cleaning, so no separate waste pipe or waste-water tank is required. Compact and Durable. The impact-resistant polyethylene body is designed for vehicle use.
