Teletrac's Premier Service Advantage offers unlimited product training, telephone support, stolen vehicle assistance, limitless software updates and a lifetime warranty on vehicle location units (VLUs) Unlimited Assistance. We offer comprehensive training and support to make your Teletrac experience as seamless as possible. Customer support is available for assistance via email and phone (Pacific Standard Time): Monday-Friday (4 a.m. – 6 p.m.) Saturday-Sunday (8 a.m. – 5 p.m.) ● On-site training can be scheduled by our specialists. ● Online training programs are available on-demand, 24/7. 24/7 Stolen Vehicle Assistance ● Our stolen vehicle assistance team is available to provide support—24 hours a day, 7 days a week. ● Fleets have the capability to notify officials of a stolen vehicle’s exact location. ● Exception alerts are activated when a vehicle strays from its route or has an unauthorized stop.
