Customer support is available for assistance via email and phone (Pacific Standard Time): Monday-Friday (4 a.m. – 6 p.m.) Saturday-Sunday (8 a.m. – 5 p.m.) ● On-site training can be scheduled by our specialists. ● Online training programs are available on-demand, 24/7. 24/7 Stolen Vehicle Assistance ● Our stolen vehicle assistance team is available to provide support—24 hours a day, 7 days a week. ● Fleets have the capability to notify officials of a stolen vehicle’s exact location. ● Exception alerts are activated when a vehicle strays from its route or has an unauthorized stop.
