Electronic POD

Truckcom is able to record Electronic Proof of Delivery (POD) on your jobs. The driver passes the Smartphone to the customer who then signs on-screen for the delivery. Electronic POD signatures are able to be passed on to your customers via email or the web. If your traffic planning changes, then the driver is alerted immediately. There’s also a general purpose messaging facility between the office and drivers. The system can also enable you to receive jobs automatically from other systems if you need to do this.
