To ensure we deliver superb customer service, each month we survey randomly 140 customers from around the group and we check not only our strengths, but our weaknesses also, and where needed a Continuous Improvement Team at each site will look at where we need to make any changes. We base our surveys on the NPS System and regularly get scores of 80 at our sites.
